“Combination Product” shall mean a Licensed Product which includes one or more active ingredients, other than Licensed Compound, in combination with Licensed Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.

“Combination Product” shall meanmeans a Licensed Product which includesthat is comprised of or contains a Licensed Compound as an active ingredient together with one (1) or more other active ingredients, other than Licensed Compound, in combination with Licensed Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.ingredients and is sold either as a fixed dose or as separate doses as one (1) product.

“Combination Product” shall mean aany Licensed Product which includessold or used in combination with one or more other therapeutically active ingredients, other thaningredients which are not Licensed Compound, in combination with Licensed Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.Products.

“Combination Product” shall meanmeans a product that is a combination of a Licensed Product which includes onesold together with another biologically active compound(s) or moreanother biologically active ingredients,ingredient(s) (such other than Licensed Compound, in combination with Licensed Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.compound or ingredient, the “Other Product”) for a single invoiced price.

“Combination Product” shall mean a Licensed Productmeans any product, process or service which includesincorporates one or more therapeutically active ingredients, other than a Licensed Compound, in combination or co-formulation, regardless whether administered separately or together, with a Licensed Compound. All references to Licensed Product in this Agreement shall be deemed to include Combination Product.
