Employees who are included in a unit of Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement where retirement or savings benefits were the subject of good faith bargaining between Employee representatives and the employer, unless the benefits provided by this Plan are specifically included under such collective bargaining agreement; and

Regardless of any provision in the Plan to the contrary, Employees who are included in a unit of Employees coveredwhose employment is governed by a collective bargaining agreement wherebetween the Employer and "employee representatives" under which retirement or savings benefits were the subject of good faith bargaining between Employee representatives and the employer, unless the benefits provided byshall be eligible to participate in this Plan are specifically includedto the extent of employment covered by such agreement provided the agreement provides for coverage in the Plan.
