Collective Bargaining Agreements. There are no collective bargaining agreements with any unions applicable to the Hotel employees or the Hotel. There is no strike, slowdown, work stoppage or lockout, or, to the knowledge of Seller, threat thereof, by or with respect to any Hotel employees.
