Collections. Should the Guarantee Demand Amount referenced by this Guarantee Agreement or any part thereof be collected at law or in equity, or in bankruptcy, receivership or any other court proceedings (whether at the trial or appellate level), or should any amount due under this Guarantee Agreement be placed in the hands of attorneys for collection upon default, Guarantor agrees to pay, in addition to the principal, premium and interest due and payable hereon, all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.

Collections. Each of the SPV and the Master Servicer shall instruct all Obligors to cause all Collections to be deposited directly to a Blocked Account or to post office boxes to which only Blocked Account Banks have access and shall cause all items and amounts relating to such Collections received in such post office boxes to be removed and deposited into a Blocked Account on a daily basis.

Collections Received. Each of the SPV and the Master Servicer shall hold in trust, and deposit, immediately, but in any event not later than one Business Day of its receipt thereof, to a Blocked Account or, if required by [Section 2.9], to the Collection Account, all Collections received by it from time to time.

Management of Collections. Except with respect to Government Receivables, to take possession of and endorse in the name of Provider and deposit into the Operating Account any notes, checks, money orders, and any other instruments received as payment for Wound Care Products, including payment of accounts receivable.

Deposit of Collections. The Seller shall transfer, or cause to be transferred, all Collections (if any) it receives in respect of the Loan Assets (other than Excluded Amounts) to the Collateral Trustee promptly following the date such Collections are received by the Seller.

Delivery of Collections. The Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Servicer for further remittance to the Collection Account promptly (but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after receipt) all Collections received by it.

Deposit of Collections. Except as otherwise provided in [Section 7.03(c)(ii)], the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited by electronic funds transfer all Collections to the Collection Account as promptly as possible after the date of processing of such Collections but in no event later than the second (2nd) Business Day following the date of processing of such Collections by the applicable Subservicer, or if such Collections were received directly by the Servicer, the Servicer; provided, that, such “processing” of any Collections will not begin prior to the date on which the Servicer or the related Subservicer, as applicable, has received such Collections.

SPV Payments Limited to Collections. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the Administrative Agent shall not, and shall not be obligated (whether on behalf of the Funding Agents for the benefits of the Conduit Investors or the Alternate Investors, as applicable), to pay any amount to the SPV as the purchase price of Receivables pursuant to [subsections (b) and (c)])] above except to the extent of Collections on Receivables available for distribution to the SPV in accordance with this Agreement. Any amount which the Administrative Agent (whether on behalf of the Funding Agents for the benefit of the Conduit Investors or the Alternate Investors, if applicable) does not pay pursuant to the preceding sentence shall not constitute a claim (as defined in § 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) against or corporate obligation of the Administrative Agent, any [[Organization B:Organization]] or any Investor for any such insufficiency unless and until such amount becomes available for distribution to the SPV under [Section 2.12].

"Available Collections" means the sum of all Interest Collections and all Principal Collections received with respect to the Collateral; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, "Available Collections" shall not include amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account that do not represent proceeds of Permitted Investments.
