No Holder will ask, demand, accept, or receive any collateral security from any Loan Party for the payment of Intercompany Indebtedness, and any collateral security for the payment of Intercompany Indebtedness that any Holder may now or hereafter have on any property of any Loan Party is expressly subordinated to the Liens of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations, securing the Obligations.
