Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [Section 2.15(a)(iv)] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under applicable Law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.14.

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [Section 2.15(a)(iv)] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under applicable Law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.14].

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [clause (iv) above] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.16].

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in clause (a)(iv) above cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under applicable Law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuers’ Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.19].

If the reallocation described in clause (a)(v) above cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under Applicable Law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.14.

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in clause (a)(iv) above cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under applicable Law, Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuers’ Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.16].

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [clause (iv) above] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, Cash Collateralize each LC Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.20(d)].

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [clause (v) above] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrowers shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, cash collateralize any L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure (after giving effect to any partial reallocation pursuant to [clause (v) above]) in accordance with the procedures set forth in [Section 2.15(d)] for so long as such Obligations are outstanding.

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [clause (ii[[Company:Organization]]) above] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrowers shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, Cash Collateralize L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.18(d[[Company:Organization]].

Cash Collateral. If the reallocation described in [clause (iv) above] cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrowers shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, Cash Collateralize the Letter of Credit Issuer’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 4.9.
