“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements,Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents,Mortgages, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral AgentAgents and the Lenders pursuant to [[Sections 4.01(a)(iii), 6.11, 6.12 or 6.15]5]5]5]]5]5]5] or pursuant to the Note Documents,Existing Credit Agreement, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent​ for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements,Agreement, each Foreign Security Document, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents,[Section 4.01], [Section 6.11], [Section 6.13] or [Section 6.16] and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements,Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the ​ or the Collateral Agent and the Lenders pursuant to [Section 4.1(a)(iv)], [Section 8.11], [Section 8.12] or [Section 8.13], the Note Documents,Guaranty, each Lien Acknowledgment Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Securities Account Control Agreements (if any), the Deposit Account Control Agreements, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien or Guarantee in favor of the ​ or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents,any Collateral Access Agreement, any Deed of Hypothec, any Blocked Account Agreement, any Mortgages, each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreementsagreements, instruments or documents delivered to the Collateral Agent and the ​ pursuant to [[Section 4.01(a)(iii), 6.11 or 6.13]3]3]]3]3], the Note Documents,Guaranty and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien or Guarantee in favor of the Collateralany Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements,Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents,‎[Section 4.01], ‎[Section 6.11], ‎[Section 6.13] or ‎[Section 6.16] and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements,Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the Mortgages, the Control Agreements, the Custodial Agreement, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents,[Section 4.01], [Section 6.11], [Section 6.13] or [Section 6.14], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, the Pledge Agreement, IP Security Agreements, Security Agreement Supplements, Pledge Agreement Supplements, IP Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents,[Section 6.12], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Pledge and Security Agreements,Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent and ​ pursuant to the Note Documents,[Section 7.12], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the ​.any Secured Party.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Propertyother Closing Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, Intellectual Property Security Agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the CollateralAdministrative Agent pursuant to the Note Documents,[[Section 4.01, 6.12, 6.14 or 6.15]5]5]5]]5]5]5], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of # the CollateralAdministrative Agent for the benefit of the ​.Secured Parties and/or # the Secured Parties in their capacities as such (or any of them) to the extent required by applicable Law.
