“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Foreign Law Security Documents, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Note Documents, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the [[Subsidiary Guarantors:Organization]].

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Mortgages, each of the collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Agents and the Lenders pursuant to [Sections 4.01(a)(iii), 6.11, 6.12 or 6.15]5]5]5] or pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral ​ for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each Foreign Security Document, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 4.01, Section 6.11, Section 6.13 or Section 6.16 and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, the Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] or the Collateral Agent and the Lenders pursuant to [Section 4.1(a)(iv)], Section 8.11, Section 8.12 or Section 8.13, the Guaranty, each Lien Acknowledgment Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Securities Account Control Agreements (if any), the Deposit Account Control Agreements, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien or Guarantee in favor of the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, any Collateral Access Agreement, any Deed of Hypothec, any Blocked Account Agreement, any Mortgages, each of the mortgages, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements, instruments or documents delivered to the Collateral Agent and the ​ pursuant to [Section 4.01(a)(iii), 6.11 or 6.13]3]3], the Guaranty and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien or Guarantee in favor of any Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to ‎[Section 4.01], ‎[Section 6.11], ‎[Section 6.13] or ‎[Section 6.16] and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, the Control Agreements, the Custodial Agreement, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to [Section 4.01], [Section 6.11], [Section 6.13] or [Section 6.14], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each of the collateral assignments, the Pledge Agreement, IP Security Agreements, Security Agreement Supplements, Pledge Agreement Supplements, IP Security Agreement Supplements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.12, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, or other similar agreements delivered to the Collateral Agent and ​ pursuant to Section 7.12, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of any Secured Party.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreements, the other Closing Security Documents, collateral assignments, Security Agreement Supplements, Intellectual Property Security Agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to [Section 4.01, 6.12, 6.14 or 6.15]5]5]5], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of # the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties and/or # the Secured Parties in their capacities as such (or any of them) to the extent required by applicable Law.
