“Security Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Security Agreement and all other assignments, pledge agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, control agreements and other instruments, in each case, executed and delivered at any time by any of the ​ pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement or otherwise providing or relating to any collateral security for any of the Secured Obligations.

“Security Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Security Agreement, all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements filed with respect to the security interests in personal property created pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement and all other assignments, pledge agreements, security agreements, control agreements and other instruments executed and delivered on or after December 6, 2006 by any of the Obligors pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement or otherwise providing or relating to any collateral security for any of the Secured Obligations under the Guarantee and Security Agreement.

“Security Documents” means the collective reference to the Collateral Agreement and each other agreement or writing pursuant to which any Credit Party pledges or grants a security interest in any Property or assets securing the Secured Obligations.

“Security Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Security Agreement, the RCF Lien Acknowledgement Agreement and all other assignments, pledge agreements, security agreements, control agreements and other instruments executed and delivered on or after the Effective Date by any of the Obligors pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement or otherwise providing or relating to any collateral security for any of the Secured Obligations under and as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement.

“Security Documents” means the Guaranty and Security Agreement and each other security document executed and delivered by a Loan Party to the Agent granting or purporting to grant a Lien on such Loan Party’s assets to secure any of the Obligations, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

“Collateral Documents” means the Security Agreement, and all other security agreements, pledge agreements, assignments, financing statements, and other documents as shall from time to time secure or relate to the Secured Obligations or any part thereof.

“Security Documents” shall mean, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages (if any), each Control Agreement, and each other security document or pledge agreement delivered in accordance with applicable local or foreign Legal Requirements to grant a valid, enforceable, perfected security interest (with the priority required under the Loan Documents) in any Property as collateral for the Secured Obligations, and all UCC or other financing statements or instruments of perfection required by this Agreement, the Security Agreement, any Mortgage, any Control Agreement or any other such security document or pledge agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in Property created pursuant to the Security Agreement, any Mortgage, any Control Agreement and any other document or instrument utilized to pledge any Property as collateral for all (or any of) the Secured Obligations.

“Security Documents” shall mean the Collateral Agreement, any Mortgages and each of the other security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing or pursuant to [Section 5.10] or any other provision of this Agreement.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, and all other agreements (including control agreements), instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary shall grant or convey (or shall have granted or conveyed) to the Secured Parties a Lien in, or any other Person shall acknowledge any such Lien in, property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations, as any of them may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

“Security Documents” means the collective reference to the Collateral Agreement and each of the security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by any Loan Party pursuant thereto or pursuant to Section 5.10.
