“Collateral Documents” shall mean, collectively, the Guaranty and Security Agreement, any Real Estate Documents, the Control Account Agreements, the Collateral Assignments, the Perfection Certificate, all Copyright Security Agreements, all Patent Security Agreements, all Trademark Security Agreements and all other instruments and agreements now or hereafter securing or perfecting the Liens securing the whole or any part of the Obligations or any Guarantee thereof, all UCC financing statements, fixture filings and stock powers, and all other documents, instruments, agreements and certificates executed and delivered by any Loan Party to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the foregoing.

“Collateral Documents” shall mean, collectively, the Security Agreement, any Real Property Documents, the Diligence Questionnaire, all Copyright Security Agreements, all Patent Security Agreements, all Trademark Security Agreements, all assignments of key man life insurance policies and all other instruments and agreements now or hereafter securing or perfecting the Liens securing the whole or any part of the Obligations or any guarantee thereof, all UCC financing statements, fixture filings and stock powers, and all other documents, instruments, agreements and certificates executed and delivered by any Credit Party to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the foregoing.

“Collateral Documents” shall mean, collectively, the Guaranty and Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Transfer Letters, the Control Account Agreements, and all other instruments and agreements now or hereafter executed and delivered by any Loan Party securing or perfecting the Liens securing the whole or any part of the Obligations or any Guarantee thereof, all UCC financing statements, fixture filings and stock powers, and all other documents, instruments, agreements and certificates executed and delivered by any Loan Party, in each case in connection with any of the foregoing.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, each of the collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to [Section 6.10], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages and all other agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection with this Agreement that are intended to create, perfect or evidence Liens to secure the Secured Obligations, including all other security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, Deposit Account Control Agreements, Securities Account Control Agreements, uncertificated securities control agreements, pledges, financing statements and all other written matter whether heretofore, now, or hereafter executed by the Borrower or any of the other Loan Parties and delivered to the Administrative Agent that are intended to create, perfect or evidence Liens to secure the Secured Obligations.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, (i) the Security Agreement, (ii) each Mortgage, (iii) each Intellectual Property Security Agreement, (iv) any supplement to any of the foregoing delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the definition of “Collateral and Guarantee Requirement” and (v) each of the other instruments and documents pursuant to which any Loan Party grants a Lien on any Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Copyright Security Agreement, the Patent Security Agreement, the Trademark Security Agreement, and any other agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection with this Agreement that are intended to create, perfect or evidence Liens to secure the Secured Obligations, including, without limitation, all other security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, loan agreements, notes, guarantees, subordination agreements, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, assignments, contracts, fee letters, notices, leases, financing statements and all other written matter whether theretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Loan Party and delivered to the Administrative Agent.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Guaranty and Collateral Agreement, each Mortgage, each Mortgage-Related Document, each Collateral Access Agreement, each Control Agreement, each Intellectual Property Security Agreement, and any other agreement or instrument pursuant to which Borrower, any Subsidiary or any other Person grants or purports to grant Collateral to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Administrative Agent and the Lenders or otherwise relates to any such Collateral.

“Collateral Documents” shall mean, collectively, security agreements (including the Security Agreements), the Perfection Certificate, the pledge agreements, mortgages, collateral assignments, deeds of trust and all other pledges, agreements, financing statements, patent, trademark or copyright filings or other filings or documents that create or purport to create a Lien in the Collateral in favor of the Collateral Agent (for the benefit of the Lenders and the holders of any Permitted Additional Parity Debt) and the Intercreditor Agreement, in each case as they may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and any instruments of assignment, control agreements, lockbox letters or other instruments or agreements executed pursuant to the foregoing.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, the Control Agreements, the Custodial Agreement, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent pursuant to [Section 4.01], [Section 6.11], [Section 6.13] or [Section 6.14], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
