Collaboration Governance Board. As of the Effective Date, the Parties have established a board to govern their collaboration under this Agreement (the “Collaboration Governance Board” or the “CGB”), composed of an equal number of up to employees of each Party, to oversee and guide the strategic direction of the collaboration of the Parties under this Agreement.
