Benefits. During Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans, practices, and programs maintained by the Company, as in effect from time to time (collectively, “Employee Benefit Plans”), on a basis which is no less favorable than is provided to other similarly situated employees of the Company, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable Employee Benefit Plans. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate any Employee Benefit Plans, at any time in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such Employee Benefit Plan and applicable law.
Benefits. During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements of the Company as are provided generally from time to time to all other similarly situated employees of the Company. All such benefits are subject to the provisions of their respective plan documents in accordance with their terms and are subject to amendment or termination by the Company without Employees consent.

Company reserves the right to alter, amend, or discontinue any employee benefits at any time without notice if such alterations, amendments or discontinuances would also apply to all other similarly situated employees of Company. In the event of a conflict between any benefit plan or program and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

Other Benefit Plans. Employee shall be eligible to participate in any and all other employee benefit plans, health plans, or arrangements, if any, made available from time to time by the Company to its employees to the extent Employee meets the eligibility requirements to receive such benefits. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall in any way restrict the Company’s right to, or not to, offer, amend, modify or terminate any of its benefits or benefit plans during the terms of Employee’s employment.
Benefits. The Employee will continue to participate in all benefit plans generally available to Employees of the Company, subject to meeting applicable eligibility requirements of such plans.
During your employment, you will be eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit plans maintained by the Company and offered to similarly situated U.S. employees from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans and generally applicable Company policies. The Company may modify its compensation and benefit plans from time to time in its discretion.
Benefits. You shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs made available by the Company to the Companys executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and programs and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.
