Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive # shall be eligible to participate in all of the Company’s standard employee benefit programs for which executive employees of the Company are generally eligible, including life and health insurance benefits, dental, group accident, (collectively, the “Benefits”) as well as 401(k) and Flex 125, after meeting all requirements for participation (including any requirements regarding length of employment); and # shall be eligible for four weeks paid vacation annually (“Vacation”) (which vacation benefits shall accrue and shall otherwise be in accordance with the Company’s policy for employee vacation time).

Employee Benefits. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans and programs, which shall include vacation, holiday, sick leave, health, dental and vision insurance, for which # senior executives of the Company generally are eligible and # Executive has satisfied the applicable eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to add, terminate or amend any existing plans, Policies, programs and/or arrangements.

Other Benefits. During the Employment Period, except for equity compensation and severance, Executive will be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans or programs for which senior executives generally are eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans or programs as in effect from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement will preclude any member of the Company Group from amending or terminating any of their employee benefit plans or programs from time to time. Executive will be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation plus Company designated holidays during each calendar year of the Employment Period. In all other respects, the Company’s vacation policies shall apply to vacations including with respect to use and accrual.

During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to such vacations and to participate in and receive any other benefits customarily provided by the Company to its management (including any profit sharing, pension, 401(k), short and long-term disability insurance, medical and dental insurance and group life insurance plans in accordance with and subject to the terms of such plans, including, without limitation, any eligibility requirements contained therein), all as determined from time to time by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in its discretion.

Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all group health and other insurance programs and all other fringe benefits (including 15 days’ vacation) and retirement plans (including any 401(k) plan) or other compensatory plans that the Company may hereafter elect to make available to its

Additional Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be offered the opportunity to receive or participate in any additional benefits provided to similarly situated executives of the Company in accordance with, and subject to the eligibility requirements of, the plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and applicable laws and regulations. Executive also shall be provided with vacation entitlements in accordance with the Company’s policy as in effect from time to time.

Employee Benefit Programs. During the Term of Employment, except as otherwise noted below, Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of [[Company:Organization]] as are made available to [[Company:Organization]]'s employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, medical, dental, [Section 401k] retirement plan, supplemental retirement plan or plans, and tax and financial planning services; provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the [[Company:Organization]] to establish or continue any particular benefit plan in discharge of its obligations under this Agreement. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year, and to [[Company:Organization]] holiday leave in accordance with [[Company:Organization]]'s standard holiday schedule as amended from time to time.
