“Agents” shall mean the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, any sub-agent or co-agent of either of the foregoing pursuant to the Credit Documents, the Lead Arrangers, the Co-Documentation Agents and, the Co-Syndication Agents and the Amendment No. 1 Lead Arranger.

“Agents” shall mean the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, any sub-agent or co-agent of either of the foregoing pursuant to the Credit Documents, the Lead Arrangers, the Co-Documentation Agents, the Co-Syndication Agents and, the Amendment No. 1 Lead Arranger and the Amendment No. 2 Lead Arranger.

“Agents” shall mean the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, any sub-agent or co-agent of either of the foregoing pursuant to the Credit Documents and the Lead Arranger.

“Agents” shall mean the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Co-Syndication Agents, the Co-Documentation Agents and any other agent with respect to the Credit Documents, including, without limitation, the Joint Lead Arrangers.

“Agents” means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Co-Syndication Agents, Documentation Agent, the Supplemental Agents (if any[[Borrower:Organization]], the Amendment No. 1 Lead Arranger, the Amendment No. 1 Joint Bookrunners, the Amendment No. 3 Lead Arranger, the Amendment No. 3 Joint Bookrunners, the Amendment No. 4 Lead Arranger, the Amendment No. 4 Bookrunner, the Amendment No. 5 Joint Lead Arrangers, the Amendment No. 5 Joint Bookrunners, the Amendment No. 7 Joint Lead Arrangers, the Amendment No. 7 Joint Bookrunners, the Amendment No. 8 Joint Lead Arrangers, the Amendment No. 8 Joint Bookrunners and, the Amendment No. 8 Documentation Agent and the Amendment No. 9 Joint Lead Arrangers, the Amendment No. 9 Joint Bookrunners and the Amendment No. 9 Documentation Agents.

“Agent” means any of the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers, the Co-Arranger or the Co-Syndication Agents.

“Agents” means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, each Co-Syndication Agent, the Supplemental Administrative Agents (if any) and the Arrangers.

“Agents” means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Joint Lead Arrangers.

“Agent” means each of Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent and any other Person appointed as an agent, arranger, bookrunner or similar title or capacity under or otherwise in connection with the Credit Documents.

“Agent” means the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Lead Arrangers, the Bookrunners and any successors and assigns in such capacity, and “Agents” means two or more of them.
