“Co-Documentation Agent” means Barclays Bank PLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA[[Borrower:Organization]] LLC, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, each as a Co-Documentation Agent under this Agreement.

“Documentation Agents” means Barclays Bank PLC, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in their capacities as co-documentation agents for the credit facilities provided for herein.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means, collectively, Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citibank, N.A., Citizens Bank, N.A., Fifth Third Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., The Bank of Nova Scotia, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means Goldman Sachs Bank USA, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Bank of the West, in their capacities as co-documentation agents.

“Co-Documentation Agent” means each of Goldman Sachs Bank USA and The Bank of Nova Scotia in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means Citibank, N.A. and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, in their capacities as co-documentation agents for the credit facility provided for herein.
