“Co-Documentation Agent” means each of HSBC Bank USA, N.A., Bank of the West, U.S. Bank National Association, and Citizens Bank, N.A., in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agent” means each of Bank of America, N.A. and Bank of Montreal, each in its capacity as a co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Documentation Agent” means each of Bank of the West, BMO Harris Bank, Capital One, National Association, Citibank, N.A., City National Bank and KeyBank National Association in its capacity as documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means each of Bank of America, N.A., Regions Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and Fifth Third Bank, National Association, in its capacity as a co-syndication agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agent” means each of U.S. Bank National Association, PNC Bank, National Association, Fifth Third Bank, Zions First National Bank, a division of ZB, N.A., and Silicon Valley Bank in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means Citibank, N.A. and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, in their capacities as co-documentation agents for the credit facility provided for herein.

“Co-Documentation Agent” means each of Goldman Sachs Bank USA and The Bank of Nova Scotia in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means Goldman Sachs Bank USA, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Bank of the West, in their capacities as co-documentation agents.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means, collectively, PNC Bank, National Association and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in their respective capacities as Co-Documentation Agents under the credit facility provided under this Agreement.

“Co-Documentation Agents” means Bank of America, N.A. and Citizens Bank, N.A.
