For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this [Section 3], the Administrative Agent, Co-Collateral Agent and each Lender party hereto shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required hereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, Co-Collateral Agent or such Lender, unless the Administrative Agent shall have received written notice from such Person prior to the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date specifying its objection thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the last paragraph of [Section 10.03] of the Credit Agreement, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 3, each Lender that has consented to this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the date of this Amendment specifying its objection thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of [Section 11.3(c)], for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 6.1, the Administrative Agent and each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received written notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this [Section 12.1], Administrative Agent and each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have received, consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be received, consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to Administrative Agent or a Lender.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 4, each Lender that has signed this Amendment shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the First Amendment Effective Date specifying its objection thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of Section 11.3(c), for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 6.1, the Administrative Agent and each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the last paragraph of [Section 10.03] of the Credit Agreement, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 5, each Lender that has consented to this Amendment shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the date of this Amendment specifying its objection thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the last paragraph of [Section 10.03] of the Credit Agreement, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 4, each Lender that has signed this Amendment shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the date of this Amendment specifying its objection thereto.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this [Section 3.01], each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions set forth in this Section 5.1, each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or be acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.
