Agency Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent for its own account any agency fees in the amounts and at the times specified in any agency fee letters between Administrative Agent and Borrower. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Administrative Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and Administrative Agent and such other fees required by the Engagement Letter and Fee Letter.

Administrative and Other Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay the administrative and other fees of the Administrative Agent as provided in the Fee Letters and as may be otherwise agreed to in writing from time to time by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Administrative Agent Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for its own use and benefit, the fees agreed to between Administrative Agent and Borrower in a fee letter dated December 4, 2020, or as otherwise agreed to in writing between them.
