Cleaning contract clause examples

Cleaning. Tenant agrees at the end of each business day to leave the Leased Premises in a reasonably clean condition for the purpose of the performance of Landlord’s cleaning services referred to herein.

Cleaning. Landlord shall furnish cleaning services to the Premises and the common areas of the Building appurtenant to the Premises substantially in accordance with the specifications attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof.

Premises Cleaning. Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for janitorial and trash removal services and other biohazard disposal services for the Premises, including the laboratory areas thereof. Such services shall be performed by licensed (where required by law or governmental regulation), insured and qualified contractors approved in advance, in writing, by Landlord (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned) and on a sufficient basis to ensure that the Premises are at all times kept neat and clean. Landlord shall provide a dumpster and/or compactor at the Building loading dock for Tenant’s disposal of non-hazardous and non-controlled substances. All costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such dumpster and/or compactor shall be included in Operating Costs as provided in Section 5.2.

Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for janitorial and removing trash from the Premises to the common dumpster designated by Landlord and for providing biohazard disposal services for the Premises, including the laboratory areas thereof. Such services shall be performed by licensed (where required by law or governmental regulation), insured and qualified contractors approved in advance, in writing, by Landlord (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned) and on a sufficient basis to ensure that the Premises are at all times kept neat and clean. Landlord shall provide a dumpster and/or compactor at the Building loading dock for Tenant’s disposal of non-hazardous and non-controlled substances.

Cleaning Contractor. With respect to additional cleaning work, Landlord may instruct Landlord’s janitorial contractor to provide such services and the cost of such service will be the obligation of Tenant.

Cleaning; Water. Landlord shall provide cleaning, maintenance and landscaping to the Common Areas in accordance with standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable office buildings in the greater San Diego area and furnish water to the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Cleaning; Water. Landlord shall provide cleaning, maintenance and landscaping to the Common Areas and the outside areas of the Property and provide cleaning and routine maintenance and repair of the Premises (excluding any areas not devoted to general office space) and stocking of lavatory supplies, all in accordance with standards generally prevailing throughout the term hereof in comparable buildings in the Torrey Pines market area of San Diego; and provide a connection for the supply of water and electrical power.

Such services shall be performed by licensed (where required by Legal Requirements), insured and qualified contractors approved in advance, in writing, by Landlord (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned) and on a sufficient basis to ensure that the Premises are at all times kept neat and clean. Landlord shall provide a dumpster and/or compactor at the Building loading dock for Tenant’s disposal of non-hazardous and non-controlled substances. All costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such dumpster and/or compactor shall be included in Operating Costs subject to, and in accordance with Section 5.2.

Cleaning Public Areas. Landlord shall maintain and keep clean the street level lobbies, sidewalks, truck dock, public corridors and other public portions of the Building.

Special Cleaning Service. To the extent that Tenant shall require special or more frequent cleaning and/or janitorial service (hereinafter referred to as “Special Cleaning Service”) Landlord may, upon reasonable advance notice from Tenant, elect to furnish such Special Cleaning Service and Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, within ten (10) days of being billed therefor, Landlord’s charge for providing such additional service. Special Cleaning Service shall include but shall not be limited to the following to the extent such services are beyond those typically provided pursuant to [section 11.5] above:
