The parties agree that the proper and exclusive forum for any action or arbitration arising out of or relating to this Agreement or arising out of or relating to Executive’s employment by the Company will be Maricopa County, Arizona, and that any such action or arbitration will be brought only in Maricopa County, Arizona. Executive consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in any such action or arbitration by the courts or arbitrators of Maricopa County, Arizona.
