Submission to Jurisdiction; Waiver of Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial. Consent to Jurisdiction; Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. The jurisdiction, service of process and waiver of jury trial provisions set forth in [Sections 11.14 and 11.15]5] of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

Section 9Incorporation of Credit Agreement Provisions. The provisions of [Sections 10.12] (Submission to Jurisdiction; Waivers) and 10.17 (Waiver of Jury Trial) of the Credit Agreement shall apply herein as if fully set forth herein, mutatis mutandis.

The jurisdiction and waiver of jury trial provisions in [Sections 9.10 and 9.12]2] of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement and shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to this Agreement.

Incorporation of Credit Agreement Provisions. The provisions contained in [Section 12.8] (Governing Law; Submission to Jurisdiction) and 12.9 (Waiver of Jury Trial) of the Credit Agreement are incorporated herein by reference to the same extent as if reproduced herein in their entirety.
