Waiver of Jury Trial. The parties agree that they have waived their right to a jury trial with respect to any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, or arising out of or relating to the employment of the Employee, or the termination thereof, including any claims under federal, state, or local law.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Employee and Company knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waive any right either may have to a trial by jury regarding any litigation based hereon or arising out of, under or in connection with this Agreement or any course of conduct, course of dealing, statements (whether verbal or written), or actions of either party arising under this Agreement. This provision is a material inducement for Company entering into this Agreement.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that any controversy which may arise under this Agreement is likely to involve complicated and difficult issues and, therefore, each such Party irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury for any court proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby for which a Party may bring such a court proceeding.

Section # Waiver of Jury Trial. Each Party herein waives its respective right to any jury trial with respect to any litigation arising under, or in connection with, this Agreement.

Mutual Waiver of Right to Jury Trial. Each party hereto hereby waives the right to trial by jury in any action or proceeding based upon, arising out of, or in any way relating to this Agreement, whether sounding in contract or tort or otherwise.
