Choice of Law. This Agreement is made and entered into in Colorado and, to the extent the interpretation of this Agreement is not governed by applicable federal law, shall be interpreted and enforced under and shall be governed by the laws of that state.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Controlling Law. This Agreement has been entered into in the State of Colorado, and this Agreement, including any rights, remedies, or obligations provided for hereunder, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

Section # Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Colorado without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law thereof that are not mandatorily applicable by Law and would permit or require the application of the Laws of another jurisdiction.

This Agreement is made and delivered in the State of Colorado, and will be interpreted and enforced so as to remain in compliance with Colorado statues and regulations. Should any provision of this Agreement in any way contravene the laws of the State of Colorado or of the United States of America, such provision shall not be deemed a part of this Agreement. However, this Agreement shall otherwise be enforceable.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado as applied to agreements among Colorado residents, made and to be performed entirely within the State of Colorado, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles.

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

The validity and construction of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding any conflicts or choice of law rule or principle that might otherwise refer construction or interpretation of this Agreement to the substantive law of another jurisdiction. For purposes of litigating any dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties hereby submit and consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Colorado, agree that such litigation shall be conducted in state or local courts in Denver, Colorado or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, where this grant is made and/or to be performed.

Governing Law. This Release will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Colorado applicable to agreements negotiated, entered into and wholly to be performed therein, without regard to its conflicts of law or choice of law provisions which would result in the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
