WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. Each of the Parties hereby irrevocably waives all right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counter claim arise out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Waiver of Jury Trial. EACH OF THE PARTIES HERETO HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Each party hereto hereby irrevocably waives trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim brought by one party against another party on any matter arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement.
