Waiver of Jury Trial. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury for any court proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby for which a Party may bring such a court proceeding.

Waiver of Jury Trial. EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LEGAL ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.

Section # Waiver of Jury Trial. Each party hereto hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Laws any right it may have to trial by jury with respect to any litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
