“Organizational Documents” means any charter, certificate of incorporation, articles of association, partnership agreement, limited liability ​ agreement, bylaws, operating agreement or similar formation or governing documents and instruments.

“Organizational Documents” means any charter, certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, articles of incorporation, articles of association, memorandum of association, bylaws, operating agreement, partnership agreement or similar formation or governing documents and instruments.

“Organizational Documents” means, with respect to any entity, the certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, bylaws, articles of organization, certificate of formation, partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement, shareholders agreement, formation agreement and other similar organizational documents of such entity, as applicable.

“Organizational Documents” means, as applicable, an entity’s agreement or certificate of limited partnership, limited liability company agreement, certificate of formation, certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other similar organizational documents.

“Organizational Documents” shall mean, with respect to any Person, any charter, articles or certificate of incorporation, certificate of organization, registration or formation, certificate of partnership or limited partnership, bylaws, operating agreement, limited liability company agreement, or partnership agreement of such Person and any and all other applicable documents relating to such Person’s formation, organization or entity governance matters (including any shareholders’ or equity holders’ agreement or voting trust agreement) and specifically includes, without limitation, any certificates of designation for preferred stock or other forms of preferred equity.

“Organizational Documents” means, with respect to any Person (other than an individual), such Person’s articles (certificate) of incorporation, or equivalent formation documents, and bylaws (regulations), or equivalent governing documents, and, in the case of any partnership, includes any partnership agreement, and, in the case of any limited liability company, includes any operating agreement, and, in each case, and any amendments to any of the foregoing.

“Organizational Documents” means the certificate of incorporation and by-laws or any comparable organizational documents of any corporate entity (including limited liability companies and partnerships).

“Organizational Documents” means, with respect to any Person (other than an individual), such Person’s articles (or certificate) of incorporation or equivalent formation documents, and bylaws, operating agreement, partnership agreement or equivalent governing documents, and any amendments to any of the foregoing.

“Organizational Documents” means, with respect to any entity, the certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, by laws, articles of organization, certificate of formation, partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement, formation agreement and other similar organizational documents of such entity (in each case, as amended through the date of this Agreement).

“Organizational Documents” means, with respect to a particular Person (other than a natural person), the certificate/articles of formation/incorporation/organization, bylaws, partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement, stockholders agreement, trust agreement or other similar organizational document or agreement, as applicable, of such Person (as any of the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified).
