Charter Documents” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

Charter Documents. Copies of articles of incorporation, certificate of organization or formation, or other like document for each of the Credit Parties certified as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority.

Charter Documents. Copies of the articles of incorporation, articles of organization or other charter documents of each Borrower certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the relevant Borrower to be true and correct as of the Restatement Effective Date.
