Business Expenses. Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by Employee in connection with the performance of Employee’s duties, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies. Employee shall receive an allowance of nine hundred dollars ($900.00) per month for automobile and cell phone expenses.

Business Expenses. Employee shall receive reimbursement from the Company for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Employee in performing services hereunder; provided that, in each case, that such expenses are accounted for in accordance with the standard policies and procedures established by the Company for reimbursement of expenses.

General Business Expenses. Employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable, necessary, and authorized travel and other business expenses in connection with Employee’s duties for the Company, pursuant to and consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures, as may be modified from time to-time in the sole discretion of the Company. The Company shall reimburse Employee for such expenses upon presentation of an itemized account and appropriate supporting documentation in accordance with the Company’s policy and procedure.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by Employee in performing Employee’s duties that are submitted in compliance with the Company’s then-current policy on such business expense reimbursement. Employee shall provide the Company with supporting documentation sufficient to satisfy reporting requirements of such policy and the Internal Revenue Service. The Company’s determinations as to reasonableness and necessity shall be final.

Business Expense Reimbursement. During the term of employment, the Employee shall be entitled to receive proper reimbursement for all reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Employee (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its employees) in performing services hereunder, provided the Employee properly accounts therefor.

Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties hereunder, including expenses for travel, entertainment and similar items, promptly after the presentation by the Employee, from time-to-time, of an itemized account of such expenses.

Business Expenses. During the Term, the Company will reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of his duties to the Company, provided Employee complies with the Company’s policies and procedures for reimbursement or advance of business expenses established by the Company. Employee further agrees to seek the Company’s prior approval for any expenses in excess of two hundred fifty Dollars ($250.00).
