Position, Duties, Responsibilities. At all times during the Retention Period, Employee will:
the Executive’s duties or responsibilities are negatively and materially changed in a manner inconsistent with the Executive’s position (including status, offices, titles, and reporting requirements) or authority; or
Position Responsibilities. Titan agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to accept employment as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, reporting to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Executive will devote such of his business skill, time and effort to his employment hereunder as shall be reasonably necessary to discharge his obligations hereunder, except for vacations, sick leave, and serving on one or more Board of Directors.

Position and Responsibilities. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as Executive Vice President, and the Executive shall continue to carry out and render to BanCorp and to the Bank such services as are customarily performed by persons holding a similar corporate title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Directors of BanCorp or the Bank may delegate or assign specific tasks to Executive, provided that the assignment clearly sets for the priority of the task, and whether it takes precedence over other duties and obligations of Executive.
the assignment to you of any duties inconsistent with your position in the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate, a significant adverse alteration in the nature or status of your responsibilities or the conditions of your employment, or any other action by the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate that results in a material diminution in your position, authority, title, duties or responsibilities;
a material change by the Company in the nature or scope of the Consultant’s responsibilities, authorities, powers, functions or duties from those normally exercised by an executive in a position of responsibility commensurate with the Consultant’s position specified in Paragraph 2 hereof; or
the assignment to the Executive of any duties inconsistent in any material respect with Executives position (including status, offices, titles and reporting requirements, authority, duties or responsibilities), or any other action that results in a material diminution in such position, authority, duties, or responsiblilities, excluding for this purpose an isolated or inadvertent action not taken in bad faith;
Duties and Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall serve as VP of Business Development of the Company, The Employee shall report to the CEO and Board of the Corporation.
Duties and Responsibilities. Executive shall serve as Chief Medical Officer of the Company. In the performance of such duties, Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Executive hereby consents to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof without any additional salary or compensation, if so requested by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board. Executive shall be subject to and comply with the policies and procedures generally applicable to senior executives of the Company to the extent the same are not inconsistent with any term of this Agreement.
