In the event of aany conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and the terms and provisions of any notice, communication, plan summary, prospectus or other ancillary documentation relating to the Plan and the provisions ofAward, this Award Agreement (including the Grant Notice), the Plan shall govern and control.will prevail.
