Change in Business. Each Borrower and Guarantor shall not engage in any business other than the business of such Borrower or Guarantor on the Effective Date (after giving effect to the [[Nash-Finch:Organization]] Merger) and any business reasonably related, ancillary or complimentary to the business in which such Borrower or Guarantor is engaged on the Effective Date.

Change of Control. Cause, permit, or suffer, directly or indirectly, any Change of Control.

Change of Control. There occurs any Change of Control; or

Change in Control. Any Change in Control shall occur;

Change In Control. For purposes of this Agreement, “Change In Control” shall mean the occurrence of any of the following events:

Material Adverse Change. Since September 30, 2018, there has been no change in the business, condition (financial or otherwise), operations, performance or Properties of the Company and its Subsidiaries, as reflected in the audited annual consolidated financial statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended on such date described in [Section 6.4], which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Change of Address. Each of the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto, including, without limitation, each Lender. Each Lender may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the Company and the Administrative Agent.

Change in Control. The term “Change in Control” means:
