Change Orders contract clause examples

Change Orders. If, after preparation, review and approval of the Leasehold Plans, Tenant requests any change or addition to the work and materials to be provided pursuant to the Leasehold Plans that have a material impact on the Building systems, or structural integrity of the Building, Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s consent, which may be withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion. If such change order requested by Tenant also requires Landlord to make changes in the Building systems or the Building’s structural components, then all additional costs and expenses incurred by Landlord attributable such changes shall also be included in the Leasehold Cost for purposes of the foregoing calculation.

Change Orders. All material changes to the Approved Plans requested by Tenant must be approved by Landlord in advance of the implementation of such changes as part of the Tenant Improvements, which approval shall not be unreasonably conditioned or withheld and shall be delivered as soon as reasonably possible.
