Change of Name. Etc. The Seller shall not change its name, or name under which it does business, in any manner that would make any financing statement or continuation statement filed by the Seller or Purchaser pursuant hereto (or by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Seller or Purchaser) or change its jurisdiction of organization, unless the Seller shall have given the Purchaser at least 30 days prior written notice thereof, and shall promptly file appropriate amendments to all previously filed financing statements and continuation statements and, in the case of a change in jurisdiction, new financing statements. The Seller shall do or cause to be done, all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, its material rights and its material privileges, obligations, licenses and franchises for so long as any Participations remain outstanding pursuant to [Section 2.4].

Change of Name. Borrower shall not change its legal name or the State or the type of its formation, without giving the Lender at least 30 days prior written notice thereof.

Change of Name. (i) Change the limited liability company name of Debtor, other than to Bridgeport Fuel Cell, LLC in accordance with [Section 6.24] of the Credit Agreement, or # change or open any office or place of business or location of any inventory, other goods or other Collateral.

Change of Name. Change their name, without providing the Lender with prior written notice thereof and promptly taking other steps, if any, as the Lender may, in its discretion reasonably request to permit the Lender to maintain the perfection of the Security with respect to the change in name.

Change of Name. On or before the day that is 30 days following the Closing Date, each Seller Entity shall make all necessary filings in order to remove any transferred trademarks or tradenames from its corporate name and cease marketing or operating under such Seller Entity’s corporate name as it existed as of the Closing Date, and thereafter not use any such name or derivation thereof.

Change of Name. Change the name under which such Borrower does business, or adopt or begin doing business under any other name or assumed or trade name, without first notifying Lender of such Borrower’s intention to do so and delivering to Lender such executed modifications or supplements to this Agreement (and to any financing statement which may be filed in connection herewith) as Lender may reasonably require.

Change in Name. Promptly following the Closing, Seller shall amend its articles of incorporation to change its name to a name that is not the same as or similar to “Worthington Aviation”.

No Use of Name, Etc. Without the prior written consent of the Company, the Consultant shall not, at any time, use, for himself or on behalf of any other person, any name that is identical or similar to or likely to be confused with the name of the Company or any product or service produced or provided by the Company. Without the prior written consent of the Company, the Consultant shall not, at any time after the termination of the Consultant's consulting services to the Company, directly or indirectly represent himself, whether on his behalf or on behalf of any other person, as then being in any way connected or associated with the Company.

Changes in Name, Etc. Provide notice to Agent at least five days prior to (or such extended period of time as agreed to by Agent) any change in any Loan Party’s legal name, state of organization, or organizational existence.

Change of Name or Structure. Change the name, organizational structure, jurisdiction of organization, chief executive office or address of Debtor; or
