or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing. Notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Any Party may change its address or e-mail address by giving each of the other parties hereto written notice thereof in the manner set forth above.

Either party may change its address for notices in accordance with this Section 12 by providing written notice of such change to the other party.

The Borrowers shall promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent, at the address set forth on [Schedule 11.1] and at the Agency Services Address, information regarding any change in the Unsecured Senior Debt Rating that would change the existing Pricing Level for the Applicable Percentage as set forth above.

Promptly upon receipt of notification of an address, and fax number or change of address or fax number pursuant to Clause 33.2 (Addresses) or changing its own address or fax number, the Agent shall notify the other Parties.

Any party hereto may change its address or facsimile number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.

notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them.

Each party shall provide five (5) business days prior notice to the other party of any change in address, phone number or facsimile number.

Notices. All notices, requests, waivers and other communications made pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been effectively given, sent, provided, delivered or received # when personally delivered to the Party to be notified, or # when sent by confirmed facsimile or by electronic transmission (“e mail”) to the Party to be notified, in either case to such Party at its address, facsimile number or e-mail address set forth on [Schedule A]. A Party may change its address, facsimile number or e-mail address for purposes of notice hereunder by giving notice of such change to each other Party in the manner provided in this Section 4.9.

Notice shall be deemed effective on the day of delivery if given pursuant to [clause (i) or (iv) above], or on the third (3rd) business day following mailing if given pursuant to [clause (ii) or (iii) above]. Any party may change its address for purposes hereof by written Notice in accordance herewith, except that Notices regarding change of address shall only be effective upon receipt. Failure to accept a Notice shall not invalidate such Notice.
