Any party hereto may change its address, fax number or e-mail address for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.

or such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Either party shall notify the other party of the above address change 10 days in advance, this change will take effect upon the other party’s receive of such notice .

13.2Change of Address. The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and any Lender may each change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto.

If to you at your most recent address in the payroll records of the Company or to such other address as to which you provide the Company in writing. You agree to promptly update the Company, in accordance with this section, of any address change.
