Address for Notices. Any notice to be given to the Company under the terms of this Agreement will be addressed to the Company, in care of its General Counsel, at 6001 America Center Dr., San Jose, CA 95002, or at such other address as the Company may hereafter designate in writing.

Notice of Change of Address and of Default. Borrower will immediately notify the ​ in writing # of any change in its address or of the location of any collateral securing this Note, # of the occurrence of any Event of Default defined below, # of any material change in Borrower’s ownership or management and # of any material adverse change in Borrower’s ability to repay this Note.

Change of Address, etc. Any party hereto may change its address, facsimile number or e-mail address for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.

Any party hereto may change its address or telecopy number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto (provided that any [[Organization C:Organization]] may change its address or telecopy number by notice solely to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).

Any party may at any time give to any other party notice in writing of any change of address of the party giving such notice, and from and after the giving of such notice, the address therein specified will be deemed to be the address of such party for the purposes of giving notice hereunder. Any change of address notice shall include, if possible, a contact number for the sending of notices by telecommunication hereunder.
