Each party shall provide notice to the other party of any change in address.

Any Party may change its facsimile number or address for notices under this Agreement at any time by giving the other Parties written notice of the change.

Either Party may change the name and/or address of their recipient by written notice to the other Party and the date upon which the change becomes effective.

Either party may at any time give notice in writing to the other party of a change in its address for the purposes of this [Section 1.03].

Any party hereto may change its address, telephone number or email for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto (or, in the case of any change by a Lender or an Issuing Bank, by notice to the Company and the Administrative Agent).

Either of the parties hereto may change their address for purposes of notice hereunder by giving notice in writing to such other party pursuant to this Section 9.

Notice. The notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by hand or overnight courier addressed to the addresses set forth below, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address will be effective only upon receipt.

Notices. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing, shall be deemed to have been given if delivered in person or by first-class registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be deemed to have been given when personally delivered or five (5) days after mailing to the following address (or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the others in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of change of address shall only be effective upon receipt):

Any and all notices, statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party (or such party’s counsel, with the identity of such clearly delineated) to the other party by mail, electronic mail, messenger or otherwise (including other telecommunication or electronic device capable of transmitting or creating a written record directly to the office of the recipient) to the address listed below, or such other address as may be specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other:

Change of Control; Potential Change of Control. For the purposes of this Agreement:
