Change of Address. Each of the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto, including, without limitation, each Lender. Each Lender may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the Company and the Administrative Agent.

In addition, each Lender agrees to notify the Administrative Agent from time to time to ensure that the Administrative Agent has on record # an effective address, contact name, telephone number, telecopier number and electronic mail address to which notices and other communications may be sent and # accurate wire instructions for such Lender. Furthermore, each Public Lender agrees to cause at least one individual at or on behalf of such Public Lender to at all times have selected the “Private Side Information” or similar designation on the content declaration screen of the Platform in order to enable such Public Lender or its delegate, in accordance with such Public Lender’s compliance procedures and applicable Law, including United States Federal and state securities Laws, to make reference to Borrower Materials that are not made available through the “Public Side Information” portion of the Platform and that may contain material non-public information with respect to the Borrower or its securities for purposes of United States Federal or state securities Laws.

Each party shall provide notice to the other party of any change in address.

Any Party may change its facsimile number or address for notices under this Agreement at any time by giving the other Parties written notice of the change.

Either Party may change the name and/or address of their recipient by written notice to the other Party and the date upon which the change becomes effective.

Any Party may at any time give notice in writing to the other Parties of a change in its address for the purposes of this Section 23.

Any party hereto may change its address, telephone number or email for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto (or, in the case of any change by a Lender or an Issuing Bank, by notice to the Company and the Administrative Agent).

Either of the parties hereto may change their address for purposes of notice hereunder by giving notice in writing to such other party pursuant to this Section 9.

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing, shall be deemed to have been given if delivered in person or by first-class registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be deemed to have been given when personally delivered or five (5) days after mailing to the following address (or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the others in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of change of address shall only be effective upon receipt):
