Each party shall provide notice to the other party of any change in address.

Any Party may change its facsimile number or address for notices under this Agreement at any time by giving the other Parties written notice of the change.

Either Party may change the name and/or address of their recipient by written notice to the other Party and the date upon which the change becomes effective.

Any Party may at any time give notice in writing to the other Parties of a change in its address for the purposes of this Section 23.

Any party hereto may change its address, telephone number or email for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto (or, in the case of any change by a Lender or an Issuing Bank, by notice to the Company and the Administrative Agent).

Either of the parties hereto may change their address for purposes of notice hereunder by giving notice in writing to such other party pursuant to this Section 9.

Notice shall be deemed effective: # five business days after the document is deposited in the U.S. mail (provided it is sent via first class mail, certified, return receipt requested); # one business day after the document is delivered to a nationally recognized air courier for next day delivery; and/or # upon personal delivery. Either party may change the address for notice by notifying the other party of such change in accordance with this paragraph. Any failure by Employee to update his or her address shall not impact the validity of any Notice, provided it is given in the manner prescribed in this subsection.

Landlord may adopt any name for the Building and Landlord reserves the right to change the name or address of the Building at any time, provided Landlord shall not name the Building after a competitor of Tenant.

Notice. The notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered by hand or overnight courier addressed to the addresses set forth below, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address will be effective only upon receipt.

Notices. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing, shall be deemed to have been given if delivered in person or by first-class registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be deemed to have been given when personally delivered or five (5) days after mailing to the following address (or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the others in writing in accordance herewith, except that notices of change of address shall only be effective upon receipt):
