All notices, requests, demands and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally or sent by registered or certified mail, prepaid and return receipt requested to the other party hereto at her or its mailing address as set forth in the Company’s records, for Executive, or to the Company’s then-current address for its principal office. Either party may change the address to which such communications hereunder shall be sent by sending notice of such change to the other party as provided in this Section.

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be given by hand delivery to the other party or by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed, in the case of the Executive, to the Executive’s home address registered with the Company or, if to the Company, to the attention of the General Counsel at the Company’s home office address or to such other address as either party shall have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith. Notice and communications shall be effective when actually received by the addressee.

Notices. Any notice, request, demand or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be properly given when personally served, when deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, or when communicated by facsimile or email, addressed to the Company at its head office location or the Executive at the Executive’s last known address. Either party may change its address by written notice in accordance with this paragraph.

All notices or demands of any kind required or permitted to be given by the Company or Executive under this Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be personally delivered (and receipted for) during normal business hours or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed as follows:

All notices, requests, deliveries, payments, demands and other communications that are required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be either delivered personally or sent by registered or certified mail, or by private courier, return receipt requested, postage prepaid to the Company at its principal executive office and to the Holder at his address set forth below, or to such other address as either party shall have specified by notice in writing to the other. Notice shall be deemed duly given hereunder when delivered or mailed as provided herein.

Any notices, requests, demands and other communications provided for by this Agreement shall be sufficient if in writing and delivered in person or sent by a nationally recognized overnight courier service or by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the Executive at the last address the Executive has filed in writing with the Company or, in the case of the Company, at its main offices, attention of the Board.

Notice. For the purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the address of the respective party set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notices to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notices. All notices and other communications required or permitted by this Agreement to be delivered by [[the Company:Organization]] or Executive to the other party shall be delivered in writing to the address shown below, either personally, by facsimile transmission or by registered, certified or express mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the address for such party specified below or to such other address as the party may from time to time advise the other party, and shall be deemed given and received as of actual personal delivery, on the first business day after the date of delivery shown on any such facsimile transmission or upon the date or actual receipt shown on any return receipt if registered, certified or express mail is used, as the case may be.
