Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, the Obligors, the -District Creditors, LDI, Aegis and each of them shall have the right to change its address for notices hereunder to such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to the other parties hereto delivered in accordance with this Section 30; provided, that any change to the address for notices hereunder of any party hereto shall not become effective for purposes of this Agreement until thirty (30) days from the date the notice of such change of address has been delivered to the other parties hereto in accordance with this Section 30; provided further, that no party hereto shall be permitted to change its physical mailing address for notices hereunder unless such address is located within the continental United States.
