Change in Position/Title. On the Effective Date, you will no longer serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and will assume the position of Senior Advisor. As Senior Advisor, you will have the powers and duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.

Change in Executive’s Position. In the event that [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]] transfers, demotes, promotes, or otherwise changes Executive’s compensation or position with [[Nucor Corporation:Organization]], the restrictions and post-termination obligations set forth in [Sections 10 through 15] of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the benefits and opportunities being provided to Executive under this Agreement are sufficient consideration for Executive’s compliance with these obligations.

You acknowledge and agree that any change, whether material or immaterial, to the terms of your engagement, or your position, title, duties, salary, benefits, and/or compensation with Syros, shall not cause this Agreement to terminate and shall not affect Employee’s obligations under this Agreement, or affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement.
