Position. You shall serve as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company or in such other or additional positions as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors (the “Board”) may determine from time to time. In such position, You shall # report to the Company’s President or such other person as the Company may designate from time to time, and # have such duties, authority and responsibility as shall be determined from time to time by the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and/or Board.

Employee shall serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, or in such other position as determined by the Board, and in that capacity shall work with the Company to pursue the Company’s plans as directed by the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and/or the Board.

Position and Duties. You shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and shall have such powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) or other duly authorized executive. You shall devote your full working time and efforts to the business and affairs of the Company and will not engage in any other business activities during your employment by the Company.
