Compensation. The Company shall pay Employee a base monthly salary of $10,000.00 (the “Compensation”).

Compensation. In consideration of Employee’s employment with the Company, execution of this Agreement, and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth herein, the Company agrees to provide Employee the compensation and benefits set forth in this Article III of the Agreement.

Compensation. Client will pay Consultant the fees as set forth in [Exhibit A] for Services rendered pursuant to this Agreement as Consultant’s sole compensation for such Services. Consultant will be reimbursed only for # reasonable travel costs (including transportation, hotel and meal expenses) incurred directly in connection with any Services to be provided to Client hereunder, and # such other expenses that have been approved in advance in writing by Client, provided Consultant has furnished such documentation for authorized expenses as Client may reasonably request. Payment of Consultant’s fees and expenses will be as set forth in [Exhibit A]. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Consultant will be paid fees on the basis stated in [Exhibit A] for Services that have been provided as of such termination date. As detailed in Section 9 below, compensation for any contractor to or employee of Consultant, other than ​ the parties agree may provide services hereunder, will be detailed in a separate written addendum signed by both parties.

Compensation. In consideration for the services rendered by the Employee hereunder, the Company shall pay the Employee compensation as follows:

Compensation. As compensation for the performance of the Administrator’s obligations under this Administration Agreement (including the compensation of Persons serving as Manager(s), other than the Independent Manager(s), and officers of the Issuer, but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding the performance by ​ of its obligations in its capacity as Servicer), the Administrator shall be entitled to $100,000 annually (the “Administration Fee”), payable by the Issuer in installments of $50,000 on each Payment Date. In addition, the Administrator shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Issuer for all costs and expenses of services performed by unaffiliated third parties and actually incurred by the Administrator in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Administration Agreement in accordance with Section 3 (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any such costs and expenses incurred by ​ in its capacity as Servicer), to the extent that such costs and expenses are supported by invoices or other customary documentation and are reasonably allocated to the Issuer (“Reimbursable Expenses”).

Compensation. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, employee shall be entitled to receive the following compensation:

Compensation. In consideration of the services to be rendered by Executive, Company shall pay to Executive during the initial Term:

Three # weeks of vacation per annum;

Base Salary: As used in this Agreement, the term “Base Salary” refers to the annual amount of Executive’s salary, and does not include any other amounts. For example, Base Salary does not include option or incentive compensation or bonus awards. For the services to be rendered by Executive, the Company agrees to pay Executive a Base Salary of $650,000 per year effective retroactively to April 26, 2019, subject to all payroll deductions as required by law. Executive’s Base Salary shall be reviewed annually, and may be increased, but not decreased, throughout the Employment Period.

Compensation. The Employee shall receive a base salary of $230,000 per year, subject to ordinary tax withholding and all required deductions, payable in regular and semi-monthly installments (the "Base Salary"). Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors of the Company to determine appropriate increases, if any, in such Base Salary.
