Termination Certification. Upon separation from employment with the Company, Executive agrees to immediately sign and deliver to the Company the “Termination Certification” attached hereto as Exhibit B. Executive also agrees to keep the Company advised of Executive’s home and business address for a period of one (1) year after termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, so that the Company can contact Executive regarding Executive’s continuing obligations under this Agreement.
