Defined Terms. Unless otherwise specified herein or therein, all terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto. The meaning of defined terms shall be equally applicable to the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Terms (including uncapitalized terms) not otherwise defined herein and that are defined in the UCC shall have the meanings therein described.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used in the introductory paragraphs hereto are herein incorporated by reference. Wherever used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below.

Defined Terms. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.

Defined Terms. For purposes of this [Section 2.12(e)], the term “Applicable Law” includes FATCA.

Terms; Captions. The words "Landlord" and "Tenant" as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions hereof apply either to corporations or partnerships or individuals, men or women, as the case may require, shall in all cases be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. The captions of Articles and Sections are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit, construe, affect or alter the meaning of such Articles and Sections.

Defined Terms. As used in this Tenant Work Letter, the following capitalized terms have the following meanings:

Other Terms. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms of the Employment Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Capitalized Terms. Unless otherwise stated, any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Employment Agreement.

Conflicting Terms. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of the Employment Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall be controlling.

Variable Terms. This Option shall have, and be interpreted according to, the following terms, subject to the provisions of the Plan in all instances:
