Section # Certain References. On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement, the Revolving Note or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, the Revolving Note and any other Loan Document as amended by this Amendment.

Section # Certain References. Each reference to the Credit Agreement in any of the Loan Documents shall be deemed to be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Upon and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference to the Amended Credit Agreement in the Amended Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.

SECTION # Reference to and Effect on the Loan Documents. a) On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in each of the other Loan Documents to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

On and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in any Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement” shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement and each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.

Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.

SECTION # Reference to and Effect on the Loan Documents. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment. The Loan Documents are and shall continue to be in full force and effect. The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of any Lender or any Agent under any of the Loan Documents, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of any of the Loan Documents. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

SECTION #Reference to Credit Agreement. Each of the Existing Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any and all other Loan Documents, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Amended Credit Agreement are hereby amended so that any reference in the Amended Credit Agreement and such other Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement, and any reference in the Amended Credit Agreement and such other Loan Documents to any other Loan Document amended by the provisions of this Amendment shall mean a reference to such other Loan Documents, as amended hereby.

Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
