Successors and Assigns. The applicable Award Agreement and these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, to the extent provided in [Section 7] hereof, to the estate or designated beneficiary of the Employee.

The applicable Awardprovisions of this Agreement and these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit ofof, and be binding upon, the Company and its successors and assigns and the Award Recipient, and the legal representatives, heirs and legatees of the Company and, to the extent provided in [Section 7] hereof, to the estate or designated beneficiary of the Employee.Award Recipient's estate.
