Certain Pledges. Any ​ may at any time pledge or assign a security interest in all or any portion of its rights under this Agreement (including under its Note or Notes, if any) to secure obligations of such ​, including any pledge or assignment to secure obligations to a Federal Reserve Bank or any central bank having jurisdiction over such ​; provided that no such pledge or assignment shall release such ​ from any of its obligations hereunder or substitute any such pledgee or assignee for such ​ as a party hereto.

Certain Pledges. Any _Organization A:​ may at any time without need for any consent pledge or assign a security interest in all or any portion of its rights under this Agreement (including under its Note or Notes,Note, if any) to secure obligations of such _Organization A:​, including any pledge or assignment to secure obligations to a Federal Reserve Bank or any central bank having jurisdiction over such ​;Bank; provided that no such pledge or assignment shall release such _Organization A:​ from any of its obligations hereunder or substitute any such pledgee or assignee for such _Organization A:​ as a party hereto.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ may at any time and from time to time pledge or assign a security interest in all or any portion of its rights under this Agreement (including under its Note or Notes, if any) to secure obligations of such A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​, including any pledge or assignment to secure obligations to a Federal Reserve Bank or any central bank having jurisdiction over such ​;Bank; provided that no such pledge or assignment shall release such A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ from any of its obligations hereunder or substitute any such pledgee or assignee for such A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ as a party hereto.

Any A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ may at any time pledge or assign a security interest in all or any portion of its rights under this Agreement (including under its Note or Notes, if any) to secure obligations of such A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​, including without limitation any pledge or assignment to secure obligations to a Federal Reserve Bank or any other central bank having jurisdiction over such A" data-ad-field-type="organization" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"organization","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​;C:Organization_, and this [Section 9.04] shall not apply to any such pledge or assignment of a security interest; provided that no such pledge or assignment of a security interest shall release sucha A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ from any of its obligations hereunder or substitute any such pledgee or assignee for such A" data-ad-field-type="c" data-ad-field-json='{"name":"Organization A","type":"c","canGuess":{"name":false,"type":false}}'>​ as a party hereto.
