No Defaulting Lender shall be entitled to receive any Unused Facility Fee for any period during which that Lender is a Defaulting Lender (and the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting Lender).
No Defaulting Lender shall be entitled to receive any Unused Facility Feecommitment fee for any period during which that Lender is a Defaulting Lender (and the BorrowersBorrower shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting Lender).
Such Defaulting Lender # shall not be entitled to receive any Unused Facility Fee payable under [Section 2.09(a)] for any period during which thatsuch Lender is a Defaulting Lender (and the BorrowersBorrower shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting Lender) and # shall be entitled to receive Facility Fees payable under [Sections 2.09(a)] for any period during which such Lender is a Defaulting Lender only to extent allocable to the sum of # the outstanding principal amount of the Committed Loans funded by it, and # its Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of the stated amount of Letters of Credit for which it has provided Cash Collateral pursuant to [Section 2.16].
