Certain Other Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon among the Borrowers and the Agent.

Certain Fees. Except as set forth in the Prospectus Supplement, no brokerage or finder’s fees or commissions are or will be payable by the Company or any Subsidiary to any broker, financial advisor or consultant, finder, placement agent, investment banker, bank or other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents. The Purchasers shall have no obligation with respect to any fees or with respect to any claims made by or on behalf of other Persons for fees of a type contemplated in this Section that may be due in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.

Each Defaulting Lender shall be entitled to receive fees payable under [Section 2.09(b)] for any period during which that Lender is a Defaulting Lender only to extent allocable to the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Loans funded by it.

Certain Fees. No brokerage or finder’s fees or commissions are or will be payable by YourSpace, to any broker, financial advisor or consultant, finder, placement agent, investment banker, bank or other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. YourSpace shall have no obligation with respect to any fees or with respect to any claims made by or on behalf of other Persons for fees of a type contemplated in this Section that may be due in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Certain Fees. (A) No Defaulting ​ shall be entitled to receive any Commitment Fee for any period during which that ​ is a Defaulting ​ (and the Borrowers shall not be required to pay any such fee that otherwise would have been required to have been paid to that Defaulting ​).

Other Fees. The Borrower shall pay to BofA Securities and the Administrative Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Other Fees. The Borrowers shall, without duplication of any fees documented herein, pay to the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent any such other fees as mutually agreed to. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever, except as otherwise specifically agreed.

Other Fees. The Borrower shall have paid all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Agents and the Lenders (including reasonable and documented fees and expenses of outside counsel to the Agents) incurred in connection with this Agreement.

Other Fees. The ​ shall, without duplication, pay to the Arrangers and the Administrative Agent the fees described in the Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter. ​ shall pay to the Lenders that portion of such fees paid to it by the ​ that represent the upfront fees specified in the Fee Letter as being payable to such Lenders. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Other Fees. The Borrowers, jointly and severally, agree to pay to each Credit Party, for its own account, fees and other amounts payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrowers and such Credit Party.
