Employee acknowledges and agrees that, for purposes of this Release, the term “Releasees” means the Bank and any and all of their past and present parents, subsidiaries and affiliated corporations, companies, and other entities; each of their boards, groups, divisions, departments and units; and all of their past and present directors, trustees, officers, managers, supervisors, employees, attorneys, agents and consultants, and their predecessors, and all persons or entities acting by, with, through, under or in contract with any of them.
